186 Vehicles Have Violated Odd-even During Socialization on Jalan Gunung Sahari

That means the sanction will come into force on the forthcoming Monday

North Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency Head Harlem Simanjuntak says as many as 186 vehicle owners that have violated the odd-even plate policy on Jalan Gunung Sahari, Pademangan, North Jakarta. This results are recorded from socialization on Monday (8/3) until Wednesday (8/5).

"At that time, we don't sanction them but only give warnings. We are targeting to do socialization up to August 7. After that, we will implement strict sanction," he stated, Thursday (8/6).

Odd-even Traffic System Violations in West Jakarta Declining

Of 186 violations, he explained, 30 out of them were violations on the first day, 93 were on the second day and 63 were on the third day of socialization. Its socialization was previously only until Wednesday but we had extended it to August 7 after passing through a long meeting with the Jakarta Transportation and the police.

"That means the sanction will come into force on the forthcoming Monday," he stated.
